Refund Policy

​Refund Policy:

If you are unable to attend a class that you registered for, you need to notify us at least 48 hours prior to the class date to cancel or re-book. If you cancel within the 48 hour period, we will issue a full refund to you. If you do not notify us at least 48 hours prior to the class date, you forfeit the refund.

If instead of a refund, you wish to re-book to a later class date, you must also notify us at least 24 hours prior to the class date that you had registered for. We will re-book you at no charge to you if it is your first reschedule. Subsequent re-bookings carry a $10.00 change fee.

 Private Party Refund Policy:  We require a 10 day cancellation notice.   If you paid a deposit, you will FORFEIT your down payment, if a party is cancelled less than 10 days prior to the date of the party.
If the host cancels within the 10 day period as required, the guest will be any paid guest with reservations for that event will receive a full refund.
If the party hosting the event does not cancel within the 10 period, the guest will any guest with paid reservations will be given a credit towards any other painting class or event.

 If you have paid for your class with a Groupon, Gift Certificate or other prepaid voucher, you are not eligible for a refund, but will have to reschedule for a later class date.

 Important Note:

We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not receive a minimum of 6 registrations, or if another emergency outside our control occurs. If this should happen, we will notify you via email and phone no less than 4 hours prior to the class time
