**NO REFUNDS** Sip Laugh Paint does not issue refunds. All reservations are non-refundable. Should you need to cancel your reservation, we are happy to offer store credit to use on a future class. Your store credit is good for 60 days from the date of cancellations. We require a 24 hour notice for cancellation of a reservation in order to receive store credit.
Private Party Refund Policy: We require a 10 day cancellation notice. If you paid a deposit, we will issue you a store credit if you paid a down payment which is transferable. If you cancel less than 10 days prior to the date of the party your down payment will be forfeited. If the hostess cancels an event, any paid guest with reservations for that event will receive store credit to be used within 60 days of the event. This credit can be transferred.
If you have paid for your class with a Groupon, Gift Certificate or other prepaid voucher, you are not eligible for a refund, but will have to reschedule for a later class date. A $10 reschedule fee will apply.
We reserve the right to cancel a class if we do not receive a minimum of 6 registrations, or if another emergency outside our control occurs. If this should happen, we will notify you via email and phone no less than 4 hours prior to the class time
